( PREGAME ) triggered when chloe was 13 and thrown into a creek by a spooked horse. she remembers the very unique sensation of sailing -- being thrown, nearly -- through the air, and flying right into the jaws of a giant creature with teeth to match.
( 10/31/2013 ) triggered by brooke reynolds throwing her good arm over chloe's shoulder at rachel roth's halloween party. chloe remembers someone else, someone much taller, doing the same to her, saying: "marry me, baby!"
( 11/13/2013 ) a feeling brought on by blaine frost asking for chloe's ID at the club she worked as a bouncer for. when chloe presented her ID, blaine immediately accused her of lying about her name. chloe echoes back that she used to go by the name "christa renz" -- however, this will feel like a lie.
( 11/16/2013 ) by participating in the expedition to discover the source of the buzzing below tuning towers as part of the exploration team, chloe got back her 3DMG. she has no knowledge of how to put it on or use it.
( 12/03/2013 ) seeing bertholdt's hands steam when he healed himself after tripping over her, she echoed back the knowledge that titans heal themselves and this makes them difficult to kill.
( 12/25/2013 ) christmas echo freebie. a book that she used to read as a child. well-loved, dirty. pages having to do with mothers and children are dog-eared.
( 1/09/2014 ) participated in ellie's 3DMG training that was held on her property. by practicing herself and seeing others practice in person, she regains her ability to use her own gear properly. as a tier 2, she also regains the physical fortitude necessary to do so without injuring herself. (muscle memory, spacial awareness, etc.)
( 01/10/2014 ) triggered by a conversation with blaine. chloe asked her to be safe on a trip to the subways to rescue the children she was watching after. blaine assured her she wasn't dying for anyone's sake, causing chloe to remember someone telling her, "I'm here for my own sake." though she couldn't say why, chloe feels vast relief upon hearing this.
